It will comprise six high-quality self-contained holiday cabins, each with their own toilets, showers and mini-kitchens, set out on a five-acre meadow, adjacent to Maglia Rosso Cycle Centre and Country Café, which operates from the former Metcalfe Arms public house in the village We are seeking someone to take charge of the Hospitality part of this operation, dealing with bookings, meeting and greeting guests, dealing with their various needs and organising the cleaning and servicing of the cabins before and after lettings. This person would also manage our licensed café which is open seven days a week for members of the public, cyclists and holiday guests, mainly for breakfasts, snacks, coffee, cakes and lunches.
