24/7 Care Team & Team Leader (full, part time & relief posts) Required in Bungay We would like to recruit a team of Support Workers, and a Team Leader to provide care, support and rehabilitation for a young man in his own home with complex needs, who requires 24/7 care, including a waking night, as he recovers from a brain injury and other physical disabilities. Previous experience preferred. The role includes personal care, and moving and handling. Applicants must also be drivers, animal lovers, and be prepared to support the client with outdoor activities.
