We are so lucky here on the Suffolk Heritage Coast, with the added benefit of our new Putney office, we have sold a much larger percentage to London buyers in the last six months. Demand is increasing for rural properties which is fuelling demand in all of our Suffolk offices as property prices in some instances in our area are 40% of what they would be in neighbouring Surrey. Something I am very excited to share with you all is the recent launch of our under brand Halls and Halls. This is showing great promise as many historic Clients living in country properties with Buy to Let portfolios are deciding to sell due to the projected limited growth over the next few years. There is no doubt in my mind that the next 25 years will not show anything like the growth we have seen in the last 10 years. Though I predict that with the upper quartile of the market, between £500,000 and £1,000,000 and above, we will see at least 20% growth within the next five years.
