As a Funeral Service Arranger you will ensure that the family are made aware of the full range of services and options available to them and explain how much estimates and arrangements. Good communication skills and an eye for detail are essential requirements, as you will be expected to liaise with bereaved families, members of staff and others to ensure thee funeral adheres to the family's wishes. You will also be available for the family if they wish to visit the deceased during office hours and out-of- hours by arrangement to company standards and guidelines.
