To plan, carry out and monitor routine preventative maintenance on all aggregate processing plant & equipment . To operate within and to encourage an effective Health, Safety and Environmental culture in accordance with current legislátion and Brett Group Policies and Procedures To carry out inspections of all aggregate processing plant & equipment and be able to monitor and use information for planned preventative maintenance To be an effective member of the operations team To respond accordingly to unplanned maintenance and breakdown of plant & equipment THE REQUIREMENTS . Previous experience in a similar role is essential plus qualifications to City & Guilds or equivalent, although some training will be provided . Experience in maintenance of aggregate production plant and equipment . Commitment to and an awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental good practices . Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and to work effectively as part of a team Excellent problem solving skills .
