We work to ensure our customers achieve their goals and aspirations through support, encouragement and guidance of our staff. addiction, and building stability through a range of social activities. A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to more suitable long-term accommodation, appropriate to their needs. Although previous supported housing services experience would be suitable, we are also looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. The Waking Night Worker will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of our customers and security of our scheme at night. The schemes are accommodation based environments that support young people who may have experienced drug, alcohol, substance misuse problems, and/or have varying support needs.
