Crisis Intervention Worker Ipswich 37.5 hrs per week £24, 000 per annum plus pension Working at our Women's Centre in lpswich, you will be the first point of contact for women in crisis needing advice and guidance on domestic abuse issues. You will assess risk and identify need provide safety planning and crisis management and offer emotional and practical advice/support to women presenting at the Centre via our drop-in and helpline services. Advice and Support Worker Ipswich 18.75 hrs per week £22, 553 per annum (pro rata) plus pension Working at our Women's Centre in Ipswich, you will support women needing advice and guidance on domestic abuse issues. Part of the role will also include delivering courses such as the Freedom Programme that empower women who have suffered domestic abuse Volunteer Coordinator Ipswich 18.75 hours per week £21, 000 per annum (pro rata) plus pension The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for recognising and meeting the charities needs through the recruitment and retention of volunteers. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure we have the right volunteers, with the right skills to effectively carry out a range of roles in the organisation. You will need strong interpersonal skills, the capacity to motivate others, be well organised and be flexible in your approach Children's Play Worker Ipswich 20 hours per week £16, 230.00 per annum (pro rata) plus pension Play work is a very important aspect of refuge services provision Whilst women are being supported their children need parallel opportunities to recover and settle. Your role will involve planning and delivering a variety of play sessions across the age groups.
